Version October 2026 — draft, legal review by a lawyer is recommended.
Who are we?
Data controller: FlexParant, John Blankensteinstraat 1, 1508 VB Zaandam, the Netherlands · Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42095572 · VAT NL869694054B01 · tel. +31 75 234 0024 · info@flexparant.com. FlexParant provides certified security staff and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Dutch Private Security Organisations and Detective Agencies Act (Wpbr).
Whose data do we process?
Website visitors, contacts at (prospective) clients, applicants and security officers (employed, seconded or self-employed) and business partners.
Enquiries and quotations
We process your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message to answer your question and prepare a quotation (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
Applicants and security officers
We process contact details, preferred type of work, region, availability, CV, work experience and qualifications (such as Beveiliger 2, first aid/BHV, VCA). When you are deployed we also process data needed for the statutory police screening (Korpscheftaken), the security ID card, identity checks and payroll or invoicing (for self-employed: Chamber of Commerce and VAT number). Legal basis: statutory obligations (Wpbr, tax law) and performance of the agreement. Do not send a citizen service number (BSN), ID copy or medical information through the website.
Delivering security services
During assignments, daily reports, patrol records and incident logs may be kept. For third-party personal data in these, FlexParant acts as a processor under the data processing agreement with the client.
Securing your data
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Applications and documents are stored in a secure business Microsoft 365 environment and secure cloud storage. Only authorised staff bound by confidentiality have access; access to CVs is logged.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell personal data. We share data only where needed with the police (Korpscheftaken) and the tax authorities as required by law, with clients (only qualifications and data needed for deployment and site access) and with processors such as Microsoft and our hosting provider, under processing agreements.
Retention periods
Enquiries: up to 2 years after the last contact. Applications: up to 4 weeks after the procedure ends, or up to 1 year with your consent. Personnel and screening files: as required by the Wpbr and the 7-year tax retention obligation.
Cookies
We only use functional features needed for the website to work and to send forms securely. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. See also our cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (unless a statutory retention duty applies), restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Email info@flexparant.com; we respond within four weeks and may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
