Terms and conditions
The terms under which FlexParant provides security staff.
Version October 2026 — draft, legal review by a lawyer is recommended.
Definitions and applicability
These terms apply to all quotations, assignments and agreements of FlexParant, John Blankensteinstraat 1, 1508 VB Zaandam, the Netherlands · Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42095572 · VAT NL869694054B01 · tel. +31 75 234 0024 · info@flexparant.com (‘FlexParant’) with clients for the provision of security staff. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing. The client’s own terms do not apply.
Quotation and agreement
Quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An assignment is formed by written confirmation or when FlexParant starts the work. The assignment records the location, tasks, schedule, qualifications and rates.
Wpbr and qualifications
FlexParant only deploys staff who meet the Dutch Private Security Organisations and Detective Agencies Act (Wpbr), hold a valid security ID card and have the qualifications agreed for the assignment.
Direction and supervision
During the assignment, staff work under the direction and supervision of the client. The client gives clear instructions, appoints a contact person and provides a safe workplace in line with the Dutch Working Conditions Act. Tasks outside the assignment or contrary to law may not be assigned.
Rates and payment
Rates exclude VAT and may be indexed annually or adjusted when the collective labour agreement, statutory charges or allowances change. Evening, night, weekend and public-holiday surcharges apply as quoted. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date; late payment incurs statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
Cancellation and changes
Scheduled shifts must be cancelled in writing. If cancelled less than 48 hours before the start, FlexParant may charge the scheduled hours in full, unless agreed otherwise.
Confidentiality and privacy
Both parties keep confidential information secret. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy; where required, the parties conclude a data processing agreement.
Liability
FlexParant is only liable for direct damage caused by a demonstrable failure in the selection of staff, up to the amount paid out by its liability insurance in that case or, failing that, the invoice amount of the assignment over the last three months. Indirect and consequential damage is excluded, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.
Hiring of staff
If the client employs or engages FlexParant staff directly or through third parties within 12 months after their last deployment, a reasonable fee as set out in the quotation is payable.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure, such as illness, extreme weather, government measures or third-party failures, FlexParant may suspend its obligations without being liable for damages.
Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of North Holland.
